2️⃣ Work on the messaging and positioning

The messaging of your course has to be clear and prospects know exactly what they will get and how it will benefit their lives. Positioning your course as a NEED and not just a want (just another expense).

3️⃣ Choose the right tech

Your tech should be simple enough for you to understand. If you can invest in something like Kajabi so you can have everything (email list, landing pages, etc.), then I highly recommend you do.

4️⃣ If you can, invest & get expert help

Creating the course pages, setting up your course portal, making the integrations, designing your course slides, creating your course curriculum and outline will all take A LOT of time. If you prioritize your time and have the capacity to invest, do so. The ROI will be great because you can focus on income-generating tasks instead.

5️⃣ Batch your recordings

Get everything ready so that you can simply schedule a day or two where you’ll focus on recording your course lessons. This will help get you in the flow.
