Mixed Veg Semiya/Seviyan/Vermicelli

Ingredients
Ghee - 2 teaspoons
Gol mirch / Black pepper - 8
Dalchini / Cinnamon - 2
Tej patta / Bay leaves - 2
Elaichi / Cardamom - 4
Laung / Cloves - 6
Chopped onion - 1 large
Chopped green chilli - 1
Chopped tomato - 1 large
Chopped beans - 50 grams
Chopped carrot - 50 grams
Green peas - 50 grams
Chopped potato - 1 medium
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Haldi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Biryani masala - 1 teaspoon
Water - 100 ml
Chopped pudina leaves -12
Chopped dhaniya - 1 tablespoon
Roasted and boiled semiya - 100 grams
Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Preparation
In a kadhai add ghee, gol mirch, dalchini, tej patta, elaichi, laung and chopped onion. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes till the onions become soft.
Add a chopped green chilli and some ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped tomato, chopped beans, chopped carrot, green peas and chopped potato. Mix well.
Add salt, chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder and biryani masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped pudina leaves and chopped dhaniya. Mix well.
Add roasted and boiled semiya. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
Add another spoonful of ghee and mix well.
