Workflow

🧿🧿Goods loading: Cartons awaiting stacking are transported to the “gripping position” via the feed conveyor. Once the photoelectric sensor detects the goods, the conveyor stops.

📠📠Visual positioning: An industrial camera captures the position of the carton, and the algorithm calculates the coordinates of the gripping center point and sends the data to the robot controller.

🎥🎥Grab Goods: The six-axis robot drives the suction cup-type end effector to the grab position. Once the suction cup contacts the surface of the carton, it creates a vacuum to securely grasp the goods.🔌🔌

📞📞📞Path Planning: The robot plans the optimal path from the grab position to the pallet position based on the pre-set palletizing scheme (e.g., “4 cartons per layer, total of 5 layers”), avoiding obstacles.

🧧🧧🧧Precise stacking: The robot transports the carton to the designated position on the pallet, adjusts its posture to ensure the carton is aligned, then releases the vacuum to release the goods, completing one stacking operation.
