This appears to be the second half of the fourth episode of The Voice of Hollywood. The can is labeled "#4", the film reel itself is labeled "Reel 1-B". There are no head titles, but there is a brief title card at the tail of the film.

It was scanned at 4k on our Lasergraphics Scanstation archival scanner, from a 35mm nitrate print. The film print will be donated to the Library of Congress.
