Banyan Tree Meditation - Opening up the bio memory to the abilities to cultivate energy from the prana that exists around us.
1) Sit in a comfortable Yoga Asana (Padmasana/Ardha Padmasana/Vajrasana)
2) Breathe in (inhale) through both the nostrils and mouth together simultaneously
3) Visualize you are the Bidadi Banyan Tree receiving food and energy from space,
4) Hold the breathe as long as possible
5) Slowly, breathe out (exhale) from both nostrils
Do this for 21 minutes
Visualization sets unclutching
