My gear is still pretty damn low, anyways here is my strategy pretty much.
Catch skill, Thunder pound dp/eva debuff, Wave orb with a bleed addon to put them out of the fight, silent step and dash out.
Twisted Collision into Sea Burial is also a very strong follow up skill after a catch, or used as a CC itself.. but..
If you grab isn't up, wave orb isn't up you really can't do much except to thunder pound and hope you don't die, or crouching tiger back step so you can refresh cooldown on your wave orb or grab!
