Lou Gentile, founder of the House of Life and a restorative justice pioneer, recounts his experiences undercover with organized crime families. He recalls that there were up to 26 crime families, each with its own crew, lieutenant, and organization. He also mentioned that there was a serious push to stop organized crime families, and it was successful to a degree, but they still continue to exist.
