How to clean & cook Chicharon Bulaklak/Pork Ruffle Fat/Pork Mesentery

For cleaning, massage the pork ruffle fat with salt & vinegar then rinse in water until cleaned

For boiling, you can use garlic, lemon grass, peppercorn, salt & vinegar
Cook for 45 minutes or until tender
Let it cool down, then fry until golden brown or until crispy. You can also store in the freezer & cook another day

Serve with dipping sauce of your choice
