The Chandikhole–Paradip 8-Lane Highway is one of Odisha’s most important infrastructure upgrades—designed to handle the heavy freight movement of Paradip Port & boost regional connectivity across NH-53.

In this video, we bring you the complete ground reality of NH-53 Package-03, covering chainage Km 39.000 to Km 60.000, being executed by Rajbir Construction Pvt Ltd.

This stretch is now in its final stages, with major earthwork, pavement layers, minor bridges, VUPs, RE Wall approaches, & the 520m long Mahanadi major bridge showing significant progress.

Package-03 Work Highlights:
• Extensive earthwork and embankment completed
• RE Wall Approaches & VUPs under active construction
• Ash filling ongoing at multiple access points
• Most structures nearly ready, finishing works in progress
• Expected completion target: June 2026
• Smooth visual progress along most parts of the corridor
• Highway is not fully access-controlled, giving locals better connectivity
