In this video, I show you how to make fresh strawberry ginger juice. Making your own fresh juice at home for your smoothies has a great benefit as you exactly know what's in your juices or smoothies.

Using a juicer machine makes the juicing faster but if you don't have a juicer just you this method. the strawberry and ginger juice is healthy for the body and boosts our immune system as well

Ingredients:
2 cups of Strawberry
1 tablespoon of ginger
1/2 cup of water
Ice (optional)
Cheesecloth
Coriander

Add strawberries, ginger, and water in a blender and blend all together until smooth. Lay the cheesecloth in the coriander, pour the blend little by little in the coriander and squeeze the juice out. Repeat the process until all the juice is out, pour the juice over ice and enjoy or use the juice to make a smoothie. At least that's how I use my juice.
