We all know capers but not everybody is familiar with the caper fruits. The light mustard-like flavor in combination with the vinegar makes it a great addition to pizzas and salads. Caper fruits are super simple to pickle so if you can get your hands on some, get picking. My harvest ground is at the shores of Köyceğiz lake
