Stafford is accidently scaring everyone by mistake, due to his electric battery being so quiet. When 'Arry and Bert tease him about it, he feels even worse. The twins then decide to use their teasing as a basis for a ghost story to scare Philip and Percy. When Sir Topham Hatt finds out, both he, Stafford and Percy make a plan to trick Arry and Bert. When Stafford dresses up like a ghost, he scares 'Arry and Bert into thinking their story was real!
