And the minutemen and Institute from the parties.of.Commonwealth or the P.O.C for shot and there are three parties 1. The minuteman party who help settlement become states and basically the military for the P.O.C 2. The old world party who make laws and buildings like the old world and 3. Institute party who reform the land and  other things.
