My Version of Beef Pilaf (Plov)

I have combined traditional Russian Pilaf (plov) with spicy Indian cooking style to create a pilaf dish that is similar to biryani.

Ingredients:
1 - onion chopped
500gr - stewing beef
3 - large grated carrots
5 - cloves of garlic
2 tsp - salt
1 tsp - black pepper
0,5 tsp - turmeric
1 - stick of cinnamon
1 tsp - tomato paste
0,5 tsp of cumin powder
3 - cardamom pods
1 tsp paprika
ground nutmeg to taste
2 cups of rice
add chili to taste (optional )
