Authorities have imposed 84 strict conditions, including a ₹50,000 security deposit and a ban on children, pregnant women, and the elderly attending. The event will feature 40 CCTV cameras for surveillance. Vijay is expected to target the DMK and BJP while sparing the ADMK and Congress.
