在锅中加热适量的植物油,将鱼片煎至两面金黄,熟透后捞出备用。

锅中留少许底油,加入姜丝、蒜末炒出香味。

加入适量豆酱,用中小火翻炒均匀,使豆酱释放香味。

加入半碗水,继续翻炒均匀。

将炒好的豆酱酱料淋在煎好的鱼片上即可上桌。
