The penultimate day proved to be a good one. I managed to film a few freights in the morning at my overnight spot and then travelled over to the Tergnier area where there is a good selection of loco hauled freight and passenger including the BB15000 class on Paris Nord - St Quentin services. Like I mentioned on day 2 the numbers of this class have dwindled a lot over the past few years and the rumour is they will finish in service on 31st October. We also look at Tergnier Yard which is generally quite busy and adjacent to the yard is the works where the Corail coaching stock is maintained so it was good to see this after seeing so many coaches in action over the past 12 days. We finish at Mennessis where the line splits (diesel line to Amiens and electric lines to St Quentin) and makes an interesting crossover. On the day we also see two Ouigo Classique trains between Paris and Brussels worked by SNCB (Belgium) locos and coaching stock. Ouigo is a subsidiary of SNCF working low budget trains between busy locations. Paris to Lyon and Nantes also served as well as Brussels. In the case of the Brussels train, Ouigo work in conjunction with SNCB using the latter's stock which makes for something different on French Rails.
