Clean Engine Bay Style. Dress up and smooth out the cluttered look of your Mustang's engine bay with a Radiator Extension Cover kit. Ford does include a small radiator cover from the factory, but leaves the hard edges and harnesses of the head light assemblies completely exposed. Fitting 2005-2009 Mustangs, this 2-piece extension kit is designed to provide additional over the head light assemblies and to the side of the existing rad cover. This Radiator Extension kit will smooth out the front of the engine bay and hide the unsightly rear lines of the head light housings to create a clean, fluid look under the hood.
OEM Fit. The Radiator Extension Covers are made from high-impact plastic, which is shatter resistant and can withstand the ambient engine bay temperatures without deformation. This particular radiator cover set is sold unpainted, in the natural matte black finish of the plastic, which matches perfectly with the OEM plastics and trim used throughout the rest of the engine bay.
Snap-On Installation. Upgrading the aesthetics of your 2005-2009 Mustang's engine bay with a Radiator Extension Cover kit is very easy and does not require modifying the car. Once the old trim piece is removed, the new covers line up along the factory radiator support and screw and snap into place using the existing holes.
