How to Calculate Density of a Solid Object | Real Example

Описание к видео How to Calculate Density of a Solid Object | Real Example

Two examples of calculating the density of a real solid object. One is a regularly shaped object, the second is irregularly shaped object. Each object requires its own method of finding volume, which can be the hardest variable to find. This is excellent practice finding the density of a real-world object.

When the volume is unknown, two methods can be applied to find the volume. One is by using measurement. The second is known sometimes as the Archimedes' Method/Principal. No special lab equipment is required to make the measurements. But a beaker and mass scale will be very useful. Any measurable object can be used as a practice problem.
