This is the final build of my very small tool grinder. See the previous video's for the prototyping. In this first episode I make a rigid front for the motor, modify the housing for somewhat larger ball bearings with a decent pre-load, machine a new spindle, make a simple POM coupling between motor and spindle and test this new motor-housing-grinding wheel combination.
