In this video, I’m going to show you how Whova’s mobile brochure features can help you save printing costs, while also increasing the speaker­attendee engagement if you have talks at your event.

Open the Whova app, see the “Agenda” icon? Click it like most of your attendees do. Notice how nicely each session is displayed in a time­based format? This feature alone will help you save printing costs of up to 60%. It gets better, you can change your agenda in our organizer platform any time you want, even during the event! The revised agenda will instantly be pushed to attendees in our app. So, you no longer need to panic about any printing mistakes or last minute changes.

Look, the best part is, not only do we have a mobile brochure, our mobile app allows your attendees to directly interact with the speakers, even before or long after your event.

Let’s take “Lightning session 1” as an example. Here, attendees can see a session description and browse the speaker’s profiles. Going even further, your attendees can personalize their agenda by adding sessions to their own schedule. Also they can check in,​ like,​ or comment if they have anything that they didn’t get the chance to ask during the session. In the meantime, your speakers can also reply to attendees’ comments anytime, anywhere. Look, attendees can even rate each session. Okay, moving on. The “Logistics” section will be one of your biggest helpers when facilitating your attendees.
