The UNIX-HFR Series is a horizontal multiple-joint soldering robot provided with special soldering software. Both the contact soldering method and the laser soldering method are available.

UNIX-HFR SCARA Type Robot
Position adjustment unit automatically corrects misalignment of the iron tip. High-precision detection of solder clogging and cutting with the encoder. Heaters (AH, BH, AD) and tip shapes can be selected according to the application. Air cleaning and brush cleaning enable cleaning of the iron tip. Clean Cut feeder reduces flux scattering. Monitoring of soldering profile data on the network. Replacement of feeder blocks accommodates a variety of solder wire diameters. Connection with the laser unit realizes an overall optimization with the robot. Various soldering conditions can be realized by a double feeder. Soldering conditions have all been renewed and made easier to use. Optional camera unit and height sensor are expandable and simple to use.

Supports massive production with fast circular motion.
The 5-axis SCARA soldering inline machine, UNIX-HFR features a fast maximum speed of 7,128 mm/sec with high repeatability, accuracy and rigidity. The UNIX-HFR features an adjustable stroke length of 350 mm, 450 mm, and 550 mm. This soldering inline machine is suitable for laser soldering and contact soldering which can be applied with various soldering modules. The SCARA type soldering robot can satisfy the mass manufacturing with fast robotic motion.
