Recluse has the most annoying remembrance to complete for one small reason. Starting out you must find a dark Hippopotamus and bring him down. These things were so trash in Shadow of the erdtree, but honestly I enjoy fighting them with the faster movement in Nightreign. In the sparring grounds we can attack the iron Menial who turns out to be a witch just like us. The real iron Menial can be found under roundtable and will need to be revived. Turns out he Final nightlord is related to Recluse so now he needs put to rest. Easy said than done, as this class is squishy to say the least. Okay I finally beat him and leave the last area like normal to find nothing. Oh you've got to be kidding me. A whole other expedition later, after beating
the final boss yet again we don't go back to roundtable. Instead head towards the beds where a small infant can be found. Now after the credits roll you can speak with the witch again as she disappears. How many of us missed that final step I can only imagine. Hey at least this remembrance skin is absolutely gorgeous though.

Elden Ring Nightreign is an extremely unique roguelike. You will go on expeditions to defeat a Nightlord boss. Each outing sees you choose your own path around a few different maps to try and level up as much as possible. Collect the best of what randomized gear you can find while outrunning a storm that drains your HP. You get two days to run around before the night comes. Then its time to defeat a powerful boss or get sent back to the hub. Go it solo or play with two others. Pick from several classes that each play very differently. Then check out the NPC quests to gain stronger buffs in the form of slottable gems.
