M/S water in Estuary, the camera pans across to the sea-forts in the Thames. M/S of a boat approaching with replacement garrison of soldiers. M/S forts with gun turrets, various closer shots. Various shots as the two garrisons swap over and supplies are taken on to the fort. M/S's as they walk up to the guns and carry out drill. M/S as they maintain the large searchlights. M/S as man cleans riding light. M/S gun turret, the camera pans across the fort.
