Dale and Dee's former son-in-law, Brian Bush, testified as the first witness on Wednesday. He performed odd jobs on the Warner farm and said his relationship with Dee depended on the day and said he was close with Dale.

Bush also said he purchased a tracker at Dale's request that was eventually found on a Hummer that Dee drove.
