Halloween Cocktails | Mixing it up with A-K and Darnell

Looking to throw a Halloween party? Cocktail wizards A-K Hada and Darnell have got you covered with 5 deliciously spooky Halloween cocktails: the Zombie, Blood Moon, Bat Brew, Miami Spice, and the “Bobbing for Appletinis.”

BACARDÍ Zombie
1 part BACARDÍ Superior Rum
¾ parts BACARDÍ Black Rum
1/2 part Triple Sec
1 part Orange Juice
1/2 part Lime Juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1/4 part Grenadine
Pour all ingredients into a shaker full of ice, and give it a good shake. Strain and pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Give it a stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.

BACARDÍ Blood Moon
1 1/2 parts BACARDÍ Superior Rum
1/2 part Blood Orange Liqueur
1/2 part Lime Juice
3 parts Ginger Beer
Fill a highball glass with cubed ice. Add all ingredients, and stir to incorporate. Garnish with a blood orange wheel or fangs.

BACARDÍ Rum-Tini
2 parts BACARDÍ Superior
3/4 part MARTINI & ROSSI Dry Vermouth
1/2 part Apple Syrup
1/4 part St‑Germain Liqueur
1 drop Green Food Coloring
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe and garnish with an apple fan.

BACARDÍ Bat Brew
1 1/2 parts BACARDÍ Coconut
1 part Cold Brew Coffee
1/2 part Vanilla Syrup
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe or two shot glasses.

Miami Spice
1 1/2 parts BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro
1/2 part BACARDÍ Spiced
3/4 part Cream of Coconut
3/4 part Pumpkin Purée
1/2 part Cinnamon Syrup
1/2 part Lime Juice
1/4 part Passion Fruit Purée
Combine and stir all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Pearl Diver Glass filled with pebble or crushed ice and garnish with an orange slice and freshly grated nutmeg.
