Sweet Potato Pie
3 sweet potatoes, peeled, diced and boiled
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
whipped cream, optional garnish
