Treat today as your prep day. Winter Storm Warnings will go into effect tonight at 7 PM for all of Northeast Ohio. Snow showers will spread in from the south after midnight. Sunday at daybreak everyone will see snow falling. The heaviest bands of snow will set up closet to the center of the low.

Expect all-day steady snowfall Sunday. The most notable impact from this event will be the intensity of the snow. Communities farther south and east of Route 30 will see the heaviest snow bands sooner in the day. The heavy snow potential will be likely for locations to the north around midday and beyond.

Traveling will be rough for all of northern Ohio. Snow will be heavy and steady through the evening. Additional snow showers will continue on the backside of this system Monday. Latest guidance is suggesting double-digit snowfall accumulation through Monday. Stay safe.
