Maglite ML50L, I still think there's a place for these flashlights. Like I mentioned in the video I have given two other ones away and they would probably be my first choice as a gift as they're readily available, easy to service or get parts for and are just plain simple for anyone to use. Although low lumen compared to modern torches, their high candela lets them illuminate a respectable distance. The low power but high candela route also lets them run cooler while still throwing light far.
