In the beginning we let the dog find the behavior we want, the hold. Then we create love for the behavior and at the same time teach the out. Once we have those ingredients then we add the “you must” key.
Sometimes you can go too long in your training. I should have stopped around the 1:10 mark, but I didn’t and it created some confusion.
Stop when you should stop.
