Main Features
1. The machine is suitable for liquid filling & stoppering on glass or plastic syringes/cartridges Can custom made for other types of syringe/cartridges.
2. The whole box of syringes enters the buffer zone through the left window and sterilizes the buffer part. After the operator rids the wrapping paper from the glove box, move it to the filling station for filling; After filling, the whole box of syringes/cartridges is put into the vacuum box and the door is locked, and the vacuum plug is performed. After the plug is completed, the finished product is sent out through the right window.
3. The machine adopts mechanical CAM and manipulator, accurate positioning and durable.
4. All parts in contact with liquid are made of AISI316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber.
5. The equipment adopts international first-line brand control components and accessories.
