What does this new free training program include?
🔥 high repetitions, starting from 50 for the first series
🔥 supersets for antagonistic muscle groups, alternating between them with 1 - 1 1/2 minute breaks between each set
🔥 4 workouts per week, example: Monday - Tuesday and Thursday - Friday.
