For anyone having issues with the bo3 mxt menu here is a list of things to try:
Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking the download, whitelist the file and process hacker with whatever antivirus your using.
Run bo3 in windowed fullscreen mode if game crashes when you inject menu.
Run process hacker and bo3 as admin, don't use the boii client or the t7 patch while injecting menu.
If you close the menu and are trying to re open it F5 will open it.
