So here is the recipe video.. Its spicy Mung sprouts curry / Mung sprouts curry and it is very healthy, high in protein, fiber and antioxidants and therefore, excellent for weight loss.
I prepare this recipe very simple and yet it is very delicious just by itself or you can enjoy it with Rice, Roti or Paratha. If you don't know what is Mung sprouts/ Mung sprouts then here is little explaination:

Mung is a type of bean, and to make sprouts you need to soak the mung beans in water overnight and after done soaking spread it on a towel in perforated basket/ tray so the air passes easily and cover it with wet cloth and leave it on kitchen counter for almost 3 days or until you see the sprouts germinating. when the cloth dries out wet it in water and cover it. keep doing it for 3 days. And you will have amazing Mung sprouts .
