Carol has created a series of free mini-workshops to help as many people as possible to heal different areas of their lives, using Hypnosis, Reiki and other mind-body techniques.

This workshop offers tools, tips and techniques to manage pain, but goes further to incorporate 2 hypnosis sessions and some Kinetic Shift and energy medicine to help participants in the class to clear pain and other feelings from their body in just a few minutes.

It is the nature of quantum physics, energy and intention to be able to send energy across time and space, so simply by watching this video and following along, you too may recieve the benefits of paion relief.

This workshop touched on other areas such as auras, meridians and chakras, and the Scale of Consciousness, and is intended not just to educate or offer physical pain releif, but also to empower you to open your mind to possibilities.
