What is the new SSS UMID Pay Card Account?
It is your SSS UMID Pay Card Account and ATM debit card rolled into one.

What are the advantages of the new SSS UMID Pay Card Account?
You can now receive your SSS Benefits such as loans and pension straight to your savings account.

You can also enroll your account to UnionBank online and do banking anytime, anywhere.

3. How do I upgrade my SSS UMID card to the new SSS UMID Pay Card Account?
1.) Log in to your My.SSS Member account or create one at https://member.sss.gov.ph/members/. Please ensure that your information in SSS is correct and up to date.
2.) In your My.SSS account, access the “E-Services” menu to signify your consent to share your UMID Application Data with UnionBank.
3.) Download the UnionBank mobile app which is available in the AppStore or PlayStore. Open a UMID ATM Pay Card account.
4.) Enter the Transaction ID and the information required to open the account. Make sure that the information you provide matches your personal information in your my.SSS account.
5.) Your account will then be opened and the new SSS UMID ATM Pay Card Account will be delivered to you within fifteen (15) banking days for Metro Manila and twenty (20) banking days for provincial addresses.
6.) When you receive the card, you may activate it and assign a PIN using the UnionBank Mobile App.

4. Can I use the UnionBank Online App while waiting for the card?
Once your account has been opened and you have registered to UnionBank online, you can already enjoy all the features available.

5. How do I apply for an SSS UMID Pay Card Account?
The upgrade is for SSS Members with an existing UMID Card. We suggest you visit sss.gov.ph and logon to my.sss.com to apply for an SSS UMID Pay Card Account.
