   • Why do we Run at middle age?  
Ultra marathon training over 40, trail running week 15, and I have lost 25 pounds!! As of week 15 I have run 15 10k's or longer runs in 20 days and I have run 20 out of the last 23 days. My 24 hour trail race has been cancelled, so I may do a 12 hour treadmill ultra marathon April 25th 2020. If you are running during COVID-19 , stay safe and stay focused to maintain your metal health and fitness. It was a beautiful day to continue to train RUNNING ON THE TRAILS for my next trail ultra marathon! stay safe and look out for each other, Small World, Big Running Family.
