What Every Woman Has To Know Over 60 - We Need To Talk

Please Stop being afraid of aging and let's go over things you have not been told...So many half-truths and omissions about being a mature woman...her body, her mind, desires, ambitions, being alone, fears, and decisions she is faced with over 60. Are we slipping? Can we start over? Can we be creative? Is there anything it live for? Does anybody love me? Does anybody care about us? Does being happy lead to a longer life ( yes)!
This was a hard video for me to make at times...there are so many outside pressures that women face as they age...and it is a lot of unnecessary baggage for us all to deal with...but at the end of talking to you in this video I felt like I understood a lot of things more clearly... and I want to get motivated to do some new things in the coming year!
