Welcome to another journey through the heart of Nazimabad No.1 — once known as one of Karachi’s most vibrant educational hubs.
In this vlog, we explore the historic institutions that shaped thousands of students over the decades.

Our journey begins at Sir Syed Government Girls College, founded in 1954 by Syed Altaf Ali Barelvi to support women's higher education. The present structure was completed in 1963 and later nationalized in 1972.
Moving ahead, we pass the National Bank of Pakistan, Nazimabad branch, and continue toward the Government Girls College for Women Nazimabad.

We then enter the iconic Urdu Bazar, a timeless marketplace known for books, stationery, and academic supplies.
Beyond Urdu Bazar once stood three major institutions: Premier College, City College (National City College, founded 1964), and the famous Karachi School of Arts—Karachi’s first art school, originally established by Rabia Zuberi and Hajra Zuberi in 1964 and relocated to Gulshan-e-Iqbal in 1970.

This vlog uncovers the deep educational roots of Nazimabad, the migration-era contributions, and how these institutions shaped Karachi’s cultural and intellectual landscape.
