If you’re new here, I’m Zac Cupples. I’m a physical therapist and movement coach who’s spent the last 14+ years helping people move better, hurt less, and train smarter.
I’ve worked across private practice, professional sports (including the NBA), and online coaching. My specialty is blending biomechanics, pain science, and fitness to help people actually feel and move better. We don’t just chase symptoms here.

25: Earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT)
26: Completed an orthopedic residency and earned my OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist)
27: Started blogging and reviewing over 100+ continuing education courses to help others learn faster
29: Worked in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies as a team physical therapist and strength coach
30: Worked as lead physical therapist, strength coach, nutritionist, and load management for The Grizzlies’ D-League team, Iowa Energy
31: Launched my online movement coaching and mentorship business and began teaching my flagship seminar, Human Matrix
34: Began working in the cash pay physical therapy setting
36: Opened my own cash-pay physical therapy practice in Las Vegas, NV, combining rehab, movement training, and performance optimization
Today:
I coach clients worldwide, helping them overcome pain, move better, and train smarter through personalized online coaching, educational courses, mentorship, and hands-on therapy at my Las Vegas clinic.
