Heavy Steel Tamper Upgrade for Your Breville Barista Express. Better Tamper, Better Coffee?

The Breville Barista Express (Sage Barista Express/BES870XL) is, without a doubt, one of the most well-designed home coffee espresso machines in the market. One of its great feature included with the machine includes the provided tamper that neatly sits in the unit via a magnet holder. It keeps the tamper out of the way and always ready when you need it.

But is the Breville tamper a good enough item to use for your machine or should you consider investing in a more expensive unit?
