Gymnopédie no. 2 by Erik Satie (1866 - 1925) is the second of a set of three pieces entitled Gymnopédie. Marked by the composer to be played lent et triste (slowly and sadly), it bears similarities to the other two pieces. All are gentle and undulating pieces written in the time signature of 3/4.
