Forging a Fighter Knife From a Rusty File

Files are a great option for beginner blacksmiths to make knives from because of their quality steel and super hard heat treat they come with! Today I forged a knife from an old, rusty file that I found at a thrift store! I was going for a Hunter/ fighter knife style, how do you guys think I did? It was a blast to be back out in the blacksmithing shed with another knife project, I’m hoping to do another knife forging video soon! Let me know if you have any ideas for things I should forge in the comments, and we’ll catch ya in the next project!
