The bench of Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justice P S Narasimha, however, refused to stay the proceedings on the Gyanvapi controversy going on before the court in Varanasi, the apex court however allowed Muslim devotees to offer Namaaz at the mosque and perform religious observances even when the area ‘wazukhana’, is secured by security forces. The Muslim Side claims, they will dig up the country at this rate.
