Get ready for a leg-smashing challenge that will leave you feeling the burn! This 16-minute EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workout is designed to push your lower body to the limit. All you need is one kettlebell, a bit of space, and the determination to crush it.

💪 Workout Details:
Duration: 16 minutes
Rounds: 4 rounds, 4 minutes each
Format: EMOM (perform each exercise at the start of the minute and rest for the remainder)

💪 Equipment:
One kettlebell: Pick a weight you can shoulder press around 10 times on each side
Suggested Weights:
Beginners: 12kg (men), 8kg (women)
I’m using 24kg (52lbs), but adjust to your level

💪 EMOM Breakdown:
1️⃣ Minute 1: 10 Alt. Single Arm Swing Clean Squat
2️⃣ Minute 2: 10 Goblet Squats
3️⃣ Minute 3: 10 Goblet Thrusters
4️⃣ Minute 4: 10 Gorilla Swings
