This comes amid mass protests taking place across a range of Australian universities.

“These poor kids are deluded,” Dr Gewolb told Sky News host Gabriella Power.

“I think the media in Australia, the mainstream media is really not being fair – the reporting of the incidents in Melbourne didn’t even say the six people arrested were all from the pro-Palestinian side.

“I think it’s just crazy.”
