There are two Timelost Hoard chests in Dock Town, finding them requires some effort.

This video describes the path you need to take to open the first Timelost Hoard located in Shadow Dragons Safehouse and the associated Candlehops Puzzle .

Candlehops are magical candle figurines hidden in Dock Town.
There are 8 of them and you need to find them all to open the secret room with the Timelost Hoard.

To start collecting Candlehops, you need to reach Chapter 6 in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, i.e. complete “The Smuggled Relic Case”, “Shadows of Minrathous”, “In Peace, Vigilance” Story Quests in Dock Town.
