Your vehicle is equipped with a vehicle information system that monitors a host of vehicle functions. Vehicle information is displayed in a monitor located in between the tachometer and the speedometer.
The vehicle information display, displays items such as:
● Vehicle Settings,
● Trip Computer Information,
● Drive System Warnings and Settings (if so equipped),
● Cruise Control System Information,
● NISSAN Intelligent Key Operation Information,
● Indicators and Warnings (if so equipped), and
● Tire Pressure Information.
The vehicle information display can be changed using the ARROW, BACK and OK buttons, located on the steering wheel. Press the arrow keys to navigate through the menu items and press the OK button to change or select an item. Press the BACK button to go back to the previous menu.
When the ignition is placed in the ON position, the following screens are displayed:
● Home,
● Range,
● Trip Computer,
● Tire Pressure Information,
● AWD (if so equipped),
● Chassis Control,
● Compass,
● Fuel Economy,
● Audio,
● Settings,
● Driving aids (if so equipped), and
● Warnings, if there are any present.
The “Settings” mode allows you to change the information displayed in the vehicle information display.
Press the OK button until you reach the “Settings” mode, and then push the arrow keys to select from the following menus:
● Drivers Assistance
● Clock
● Meter Settings
● Vehicle Settings
● Maintenance
● Alarm
● Tire Pressures
● Unit
● Language, and
● Factory Reset
Set the clock using the center display.
The “Main Menu Selection” allows you to choose which items you want displayed on the main menu.
Move the arrow keys to highlight an item and press the OK button to check or uncheck the box for each item.
To reset the Fuel Economy, use the arrow keys until the Fuel Economy mode appears and then press and hold the OK button. Now, highlight FUEL ECONOMY and then press the OK button.
You will find this display feature just below the Vehicle Information Display.
It records the total distance the vehicle has been driven as well as the distance of two individual trips. You’ll see the TRIP RESET switch on the left side of the instrument panel. Push it to change the display from trip A, to trip B and back again. Press and hold the button for more than one second to reset the selected odometer.
