"Robi Axiata is a complete call center set up we have done cash solution for voice. It is a three-year contract and is the 350-seater kind of setup we have done for Robi Axiata. This is one of our first invoice platforms and we are very bullish about this product, and I think there are multiple operators who are looking out for this kind of product to be launched. So we are trying to solve the problem with the part which requires to have a lot of call center capabilities through the cloud telephony, and that's exactly what we have done for them.", says Rajdip Gupta.
