Pintados is one of the festivals celebrated in Leyte Province. But due to the pandemic, the said celebration was not observed to prevent the citizens of Leyte from overcrowding.
Now, the new Capitol building of Leyte has been transferred to its new location along the west bypass road of Palo Leyte, which may be a sign that soon we will hear this famous festive music along the streets once more.
We know that the Leyte Province Officials are planning to put this back on the street soon...

But for now, be amused by the beauty of the New Leyte Capitol Building.
